Euan Morton Returns To Taboo
Euan Morton will reprise role as the young Boy George in George's musical about the club scene in the early 1980s, Taboo.
Morton will play the outrageous young pop star from 3rd February to 26th April. The real-life Boy George, currently playing the role of Leigh Bowery in the musical, will continue in teh part to 26th April, with the exception of some performances.
Taboo has proved to be a regular crowd-puller for producer Adam Kenwright and his new theatre space, The Venue, just off Leicester Square. The musical is a micture of bitingly funny, bitchy humour, moments of pathos, and a fascinating insight into the underground, alternative clubs that gave such a kick to the early 1980s.
